With a background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (Unilever, FrieslandCampina), retail (Ahold/Merison), and the service industry (Randstad), she has extensive experience helping organizations and professionals achieve impactful results.
Since 2011, she has worked with companies to improve their sales and negotiation performance through training and coaching. She specializes in embedding new skills within organizations to create lasting change. Roos is known for her dynamic and engaging approach, using humor and energy to drive teams and individuals towards excellence. She trains in Dutch, English, and Spanish.
