Det \u00e4r det utrymme d\u00e4r en aff\u00e4r \u00e4r m\u00f6jlig &#8211; n\u00e4r k\u00f6parens minimum och s\u00e4ljarens maximum sammanfaller. Om det inte finns n\u00e5got s\u00e5dant intervall kan ett \u00f6msesidigt godtagbart avtal inte n\u00e5s.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-zopa-stand-for\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vad_star_ZOPA_for\"><\/span>Vad st\u00e5r ZOPA f\u00f6r?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>ZOPA st\u00e5r f\u00f6r <strong>Zone of Possible Agreement (zon f\u00f6r m\u00f6jlig \u00f6verenskommelse<\/strong>). Det \u00e4r ett nyckelbegrepp inom f\u00f6rhandlingsteori och avser det omr\u00e5de d\u00e4r b\u00e5da parternas acceptabla resultat korsar varandra. ZOPA definierar om en \u00f6verenskommelse ens \u00e4r m\u00f6jlig &#8211; och var b\u00e5da sidor kan vinna.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zopa-negotiation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ZOPA-forhandling\"><\/span>ZOPA-f\u00f6rhandling<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>I en ZOPA-f\u00f6rhandling \u00e4r ditt m\u00e5l att unders\u00f6ka om det finns en gemensam grund &#8211; och hur du kan ut\u00f6ka den. Effektiva f\u00f6rhandlare arbetar inom ZOPA eller flyttar den genom att justera prioriteringar, erbjuda kreativa l\u00f6sningar eller paketera v\u00e4rde. Att k\u00e4nna till din BATNA hj\u00e4lper dig att definiera din walk-away-punkt och utv\u00e4rdera om aff\u00e4ren faller inom ZOPA.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zopa-and-batna\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ZOPA_och_BATNA\"><\/span>ZOPA och BATNA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>ZOPA och BATNA \u00e4r t\u00e4tt sammankopplade. Ditt <strong>BATNA<\/strong> (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) definierar det l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4rde som du \u00e4r villig att acceptera. En ZOPA existerar endast n\u00e4r b\u00e5da parternas BATNA till\u00e5ter \u00f6verlappning. Om erbjudandet \u00e4r s\u00e4mre \u00e4n ditt BATNA ligger det utanf\u00f6r din ZOPA och b\u00f6r avvisas.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-understanding-zopa-the-zone-of-possible-agreement\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Forsta_ZOPA_Zonen_for_mojlig_overenskommelse\"><\/span>F\u00f6rst\u00e5 ZOPA: Zonen f\u00f6r m\u00f6jlig \u00f6verenskommelse<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>T\u00e4nk dig att en s\u00e4ljare inte g\u00e5r under 100 000 euro och att k\u00f6paren inte g\u00e5r \u00f6ver 90 000 euro &#8211; d\u00e5 finns det ingen ZOPA.
