Het vormt de basis van elke succesvolle coachingsrelatie en maakt een eerlijke dialoog en openheid voor verandering mogelijk. <\/p>\n\n<p>Bij coaching gaat rapport niet alleen over vriendelijk zijn. Het gaat om empathie, actief luisteren en het aanpassen van communicatiestijlen zodat de klant zich gerespecteerd en begrepen voelt.
