Het helpt individuen om hun doelstellingen te defini\u00ebren, hun huidige realiteit te begrijpen, mogelijke strategie\u00ebn te verkennen en zich te verbinden tot concrete acties. Varianten zoals het <strong>TGROW-model<\/strong> voegen een extra stap toe voor Topic, zodat er vanaf het begin van het gesprek duidelijkheid is.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Een ander voorbeeld is het <strong>OSKAR coaching model<\/strong>, vaak toegepast in oplossingsgerichte coaching. Het benadrukt Outcome, Scaling, Know-how, Affirm and Action, en Review &#8211; waardoor het praktisch is voor managers die zich willen richten op oplossingen in plaats van problemen. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-practical-example\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Praktisch_voorbeeld\"><\/span>Praktisch voorbeeld<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Een manager die met een teamlid werkt aan het verbeteren van presentatievaardigheden zou het GROW-model kunnen gebruiken. Eerst bepalen ze het <em>doel<\/em> (een zelfverzekerde klantpresentatie geven). Dan beoordelen ze de <em>realiteit<\/em> (de medewerker voelt zich nerveus en mist structuur). Samen brainstormen ze over <em>Opties<\/em> (oefensessies, feedback, verhaaltechnieken). Tot slot committeert de medewerker zich aan specifieke <em>Will-acties<\/em> (twee keer repeteren met de manager voor de klantbijeenkomst).
