Het is de ruimte waar een overeenkomst mogelijk is &#8211; wanneer het minimum van de koper en het maximum van de verkoper op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn liggen. Als zo&#8217;n bereik niet bestaat, kan er geen wederzijds aanvaardbare overeenkomst worden bereikt.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-zopa-stand-for\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Waar_staat_ZOPA_voor\"><\/span>Waar staat ZOPA voor?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>ZOPA staat voor <strong>Zone van Mogelijke Overeenkomst<\/strong>. Het is een sleutelbegrip in de onderhandelingstheorie en verwijst naar het gebied waar de aanvaardbare resultaten van beide partijen elkaar kruisen. De ZOPA bepaalt of een overeenkomst zelfs maar mogelijk is &#8211; en waar beide partijen kunnen winnen.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zopa-negotiation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ZOPA-onderhandelingen\"><\/span>ZOPA-onderhandelingen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>In een ZOPA-onderhandeling is het je doel om te onderzoeken of er een gemeenschappelijke basis bestaat &#8211; en hoe je die kunt uitbreiden. Effectieve onderhandelaars werken binnen de ZOPA of verschuiven deze door prioriteiten aan te passen, creatieve oplossingen te bieden of waarde te bundelen. Als je je BATNA kent, kun je je vertrekpunt bepalen en evalueren of de deal binnen de ZOPA valt.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zopa-and-batna\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ZOPA_en_BATNA\"><\/span>ZOPA en BATNA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>ZOPA en BATNA zijn nauw met elkaar verbonden. Je <strong>BATNA<\/strong> (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) bepaalt de laagste waarde die je bereid bent te aanvaarden. Er is alleen sprake van een ZOPA als de BATNA&#8217;s van beide partijen elkaar kunnen overlappen. Als het aanbod slechter is dan je BATNA, ligt het buiten je ZOPA en moet het worden afgewezen.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-understanding-zopa-the-zone-of-possible-agreement\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ZOPA_begrijpen_De_zone_van_mogelijke_overeenkomst\"><\/span>ZOPA begrijpen: De zone van mogelijke overeenkomst<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Stel dat een verkoper niet onder de \u20ac100K wil gaan en de koper niet boven de \u20ac90K &#8211; dan is er geen ZOPA.
