Het vertegenwoordigt de meest voordelige terugvaloptie die je kunt nastreven als een onderhandeling niet resulteert in een overeenkomst. Inzicht in je BATNA helpt je om je laagste aanvaardbare waarde te bepalen en geeft je het vertrouwen om weg te lopen als dat nodig is. Het is je <strong>Plan B<\/strong> &#8211; en als je het weet, geeft het je strategische duidelijkheid en invloed.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>De ENS-methode<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Bij <strong>Hovingh &amp; Partners<\/strong> speelt BATNA een centrale rol in ons <strong>ENS (Effectieve Onderhandelingsstrategie)<\/strong> raamwerk. Als het aanbod op tafel slechter is dan je BATNA, loop dan weg. Als het beter is, overweeg dan te accepteren of verder te onderhandelen. ZOPA (Zone of Possible Agreement) is het gebied waar de belangen van beide partijen elkaar overlappen.
