Mais si chaque pays r\u00e9invente le processus, la comparabilit\u00e9 dispara\u00eet. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;il ne faut pas lancer tout le processus et dispara\u00eetre ensuite, mais qu&rsquo;il faut rester \u00e0 la pointe du processus et poser des questions, valider, encadrer, r\u00e9p\u00e9ter&#8230;  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sauter la structure de la conversation<\/strong><br\/>En l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;un cadre commun, chacun reprend \u00ab\u00a0sa fa\u00e7on de faire\u00a0\u00bb. Les clients ressentent imm\u00e9diatement l&rsquo;incoh\u00e9rence. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Attendre des r\u00e9sultats en trois mois<\/strong><br\/>Un v\u00e9ritable changement prend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux \u00e0 trois ans. Mais chaque trimestre du parcours peut apporter de petites victoires qui maintiennent l&rsquo;\u00e9lan.
