Lorsque les r\u00e9sultats globaux des ventes s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorent apr\u00e8s la formation et le coaching de leurs \u00e9quipes, de nombreux directeurs des ventes sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 croire qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une cons\u00e9quence de nos efforts conjoints. Surtout lorsque les r\u00e9sultats sont \u00e9tay\u00e9s par des preuves vocales et des exemples de r\u00e9ussite des \u00e9quipes.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Bien que nous appr\u00e9cions ces r\u00e9actions, nous pensons que l&rsquo;argumentaire en faveur des investissements dans nos services doit \u00eatre plus solide. Il est temps de l&rsquo;\u00e9tayer par des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles. Depuis plus de 10 ans, nous recueillons les rapports d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de nos participants et, au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous leur avons \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 d&rsquo;indiquer leurs ratios de conversion des opportunit\u00e9s de vente en contrats. Dans notre monde, il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;indicateur cl\u00e9 de performance par excellence. Ne serait-il pas int\u00e9ressant de demander au m\u00eame groupe de participants d&rsquo;indiquer leurs taux de conversion un an apr\u00e8s leur formation ?     <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2021, nous avons men\u00e9 une telle recherche, en revenant sur tous les participants que nous avions form\u00e9s il y a un an. Nous avons mesur\u00e9 le taux de conversion des prospects en contrats en 7 \u00e9tapes successives : &lt;10%, 1 gagn\u00e9 pour 9 perdus, etcetera, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 pour 1 et plus. Un vendeur sur trois a fait plus qu&rsquo;un pas en avant et un sur six a m\u00eame doubl\u00e9 son taux de conversion. Seules 15 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont fait \u00e9tat d&rsquo;une r\u00e9duction. La majorit\u00e9 de ce sous-groupe avait conclu 1 affaire sur 4 opportunit\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s la formation, le taux de conversion est pass\u00e9 de 30 % \u00e0 50 % et la majorit\u00e9 de ce groupe a obtenu une note de 1 sur 2. Outre l&rsquo;effet financier d&rsquo;une telle am\u00e9lioration, pensez \u00e0 l&rsquo;effet motivationnel qu&rsquo;elle entra\u00eene. Perdre plus que gagner est tellement d\u00e9motivant pour la plupart d&rsquo;entre nous et gagner plus que perdre a un impact significatif sur la confiance en soi.
