Ils s&rsquo;adaptent : <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Apr\u00e8s une formation \u00e0 la vente, un participant est enthousiaste mais ne sait pas comment appliquer les nouvelles questions de d\u00e9couverte. Au lieu de revoir les diapositives, le coach se joint \u00e0 une courte session au cours de laquelle le participant se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 un appel client r\u00e9el. Le coach pose des questions qui aident le participant \u00e0 clarifier son objectif, \u00e0 ajuster son approche et \u00e0 se sentir pr\u00eat. C&rsquo;est un coaching qui fonctionne.   <\/em>  S&rsquo;entra\u00eener pour \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 affronter la vie r\u00e9elle !<\/p>\n\n<p>Il existe plusieurs styles de coaching qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en fonction de la personne et de la situation.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le <strong>coaching directif<\/strong>: il est utile lorsque quelqu&rsquo;un est nouveau et a besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9tapes claires. Par exemple, un nouveau charg\u00e9 de client\u00e8le peut avoir besoin d&rsquo;aide pour pr\u00e9parer une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union avec un client. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>coaching d\u00e9mocratique<\/strong>: il fonctionne bien avec les vendeurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Il leur permet de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, de trouver leurs propres solutions et de se sentir plus responsables. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coaching holistique<\/strong>: il ne se concentre pas uniquement sur les techniques de vente, mais \u00e9galement sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit, la motivation et la confiance de la personne.
