C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;espace o\u00f9 un accord est possible &#8211; lorsque le minimum de l&rsquo;acheteur et le maximum du vendeur s&rsquo;alignent. Si cette zone n&rsquo;existe pas, il est impossible de parvenir \u00e0 un accord mutuellement acceptable.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-zopa-stand-for\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_signifie_ZOPA\"><\/span>Que signifie ZOPA ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>ZOPA signifie <strong>Zone d&rsquo;accord possible<\/strong>. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un concept cl\u00e9 de la th\u00e9orie de la n\u00e9gociation, qui fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la zone o\u00f9 les r\u00e9sultats acceptables des deux parties se croisent. La ZOPA d\u00e9termine si un accord est m\u00eame possible &#8211; et o\u00f9 les deux parties peuvent gagner.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zopa-negotiation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Negociation_ZOPA\"><\/span>N\u00e9gociation ZOPA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Dans une n\u00e9gociation ZOPA, votre objectif est de d\u00e9terminer s&rsquo;il existe un terrain d&rsquo;entente et comment l&rsquo;\u00e9largir. Les n\u00e9gociateurs efficaces travaillent dans le cadre de la ZOPA ou la modifient en ajustant les priorit\u00e9s, en proposant des solutions cr\u00e9atives ou en regroupant les valeurs. Conna\u00eetre votre BATNA vous aide \u00e0 d\u00e9finir votre point de d\u00e9part et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer si l&rsquo;accord entre dans le cadre de la ZOPA.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zopa-and-batna\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ZOPA_et_BATNA\"><\/span>ZOPA et BATNA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>ZOPA et BATNA sont \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s. Votre <strong>BATNA<\/strong> (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) d\u00e9finit la valeur la plus basse que vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 accepter. Une ZOPA n&rsquo;existe que lorsque les BATNA des deux parties se chevauchent. Si l&rsquo;offre est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 votre BATNA, elle se situe en dehors de votre ZOPA et doit \u00eatre rejet\u00e9e.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-understanding-zopa-the-zone-of-possible-agreement\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Comprendre_ZOPA_La_zone_daccord_possible\"><\/span>Comprendre ZOPA : La zone d&rsquo;accord possible<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Imaginez qu&rsquo;un vendeur ne descende pas en dessous de 100 000 euros et que l&rsquo;acheteur ne d\u00e9passe pas 90 000 euros : il n&rsquo;y a pas de ZOPA.
