Constituye la base de toda relaci\u00f3n de coaching satisfactoria, ya que permite el di\u00e1logo sincero y la apertura al cambio. <\/p>\n\n<p>En el coaching, la compenetraci\u00f3n no consiste s\u00f3lo en ser amable. Implica empat\u00eda, escucha activa y adaptaci\u00f3n de los estilos de comunicaci\u00f3n para que el cliente se sienta respetado y comprendido.
