A diferencia de las conversaciones informales, son intencionadas, centradas y dirigidas a apoyar el crecimiento y el rendimiento. <\/p>\n\n<p>Las conversaciones de coaching eficaces combinan la escucha activa, las preguntas contundentes y la retroalimentaci\u00f3n constructiva. Proporcionan un espacio seguro en el que los empleados pueden reflexionar sobre sus objetivos, compartir obst\u00e1culos y comprometerse a dar pasos claros.
