Ayuda a las personas a definir sus objetivos, comprender su realidad actual, explorar posibles estrategias y comprometerse con acciones concretas. Variaciones como el <strong>modelo TGROW<\/strong> a\u00f1aden un paso adicional para el Tema, garantizando la claridad desde el inicio de la conversaci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Otro ejemplo es el <strong>modelo de coaching OSKAR<\/strong>, aplicado a menudo en el coaching centrado en soluciones. Hace hincapi\u00e9 en el Resultado, la Escala, el Saber Hacer, la Afirmaci\u00f3n y la Acci\u00f3n, y la Revisi\u00f3n, lo que lo hace pr\u00e1ctico para los directivos que quieren centrarse en las soluciones m\u00e1s que en los problemas. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-practical-example\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ejemplo_practico\"><\/span>Ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Un directivo que trabaje con un miembro de su equipo para mejorar sus habilidades de presentaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda utilizar el modelo CRECER. En primer lugar, establece el <em>Objetivo<\/em> (realizar una presentaci\u00f3n segura ante un cliente). Luego eval\u00faan la <em>Realidad<\/em> (el empleado se siente nervioso y le falta estructura). Juntos proponen <em>Opciones<\/em> (sesiones de pr\u00e1ctica, feedback, t\u00e9cnicas de narraci\u00f3n). Por \u00faltimo, el empleado se compromete a realizar acciones espec\u00edficas de <em>Voluntad<\/em> (ensayar dos veces con el jefe antes de la reuni\u00f3n con el cliente).
