Conocer tu BATNA te ayuda a definir tu valor m\u00ednimo aceptable y te da confianza para abandonar cuando sea necesario. Es tu <strong>Plan B<\/strong>, y conocerlo te da claridad estrat\u00e9gica y apalancamiento.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>La metodolog\u00eda ENS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En <strong>Hovingh &amp; Partners<\/strong>, el BATNA desempe\u00f1a un papel central en nuestro marco <strong>ENS (Estrategia de Negociaci\u00f3n Eficaz)<\/strong>. Si la oferta que hay sobre la mesa es peor que tu BATNA, al\u00e9jate. Si es mejor, plant\u00e9ate aceptarla o seguir negociando. Etiqueta siempre tus movimientos y comp\u00e1ralos con tu BATNA para mayor claridad y solidez.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-batna-examples\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ejemplos_de_BATNA\"><\/span>Ejemplos de BATNA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>Un proveedor tiene preparado un contrato alternativo mientras renegocia las condiciones actuales.<\/li>\n  <li>Un demandante de empleo con varias ofertas las utiliza para negociar el salario y los beneficios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-batna-and-zopa\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BATNA_y_ZOPA_%C2%BFCual_es_la_diferencia\"><\/span>BATNA y ZOPA: \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>BATNA es tu mejor opci\u00f3n alternativa. ZOPA (Zona de Posible Acuerdo) es la franja en la que se solapan los intereses de ambas partes.
